The shipping costs for a standard shipping DHL within Germany are:
Up to a purchase price of EUR 49.99 - EUR 4.99 insured up to amount of EUR 500.00 with tracking number. From a purchase price of EUR 50.00, the goods will be delivered free of charge.
The shipping costs for a standard shipping DHL outside Germany for EU countries are:
Up to a purchase price of EUR 149.99 - EUR 13,99 insured up to amount of EUR 500.00 with tracking number.
From a purchase price of EUR 150.00, the goods will be delivered free of charge.
The shipping costs for a standard shipping DHL outside Germany for non EU countries are:
Up to a purchase price of EUR 149.99 - EUR 19.89 insured up to amount of EUR 50.00 with tracking number.
From a purchase price of EUR 150.00, the goods will be delivered free of charge.
Delivery times
The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or other payment methods the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
The delivery time within Germany is 3-4 working days.
The delivery time in EU countries is 7-8 working days.
The delivery time to non EU countries within Europe is 9-10 business days.
Important note for orders outside Germany
Import duties, taxes and all other official costs that could be incurred in the case of an international order are borne by the buyer.
Please inform your competent authorities about any costs incurred before ordering.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which the seller is not responsible for and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example, customs duties). Such costs may be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds even if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
